How to create print:

1. Write the first and second name of the baby
2. Date of birth
3. Weight at birth
4. Star sign (if you don't know don't worry I'll be able to work out from the date you've provided).
5. Place of birth
6. Tick the box once you've checked over all the information to make sure it's correct. Once personalised I won't be able to refund you for any spelling errors so please be sure to double-check before ordering.
